Earlier this year I decided to take on the Yakezie Challenge. I have always been a firm believer in setting goals and this was the perfect opportunity for me to do just that with a brand new website.
By joining the challenge it has given me the motivation to constantly write new articles that help my readers become more savvy with their finances. Throughout the process I have met some incredible bloggers that I can’t wait to meet in September at FinCon.
Now that I am four months in, I couldn’t be more pleased. I have lowered my Alexa ranking from 5.6 Million to 186,000 and my traffic is up almost 700%. I am looking forward to more hard work over the next couple of months and beyond.

Congrats!!! I started a few months ago too…I want to say March. I got my own domain in June and went from 7 million to under 200k! =) Super stoked and happy.

The last couple of years I have been running with my other online projects and I forgot how hard and time consuming it is to start a new website. I love the challenge and having met an awesome group of people always help to. haha
